1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid as follows:

  • 50% of the total amount 30 days before the event
  • Remaining 50% 7 days before the event
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or damages

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than 60 days before the event: Deposit forfeited
  • 30-60 days before the event: 50% of total booking fee
  • Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of total booking fee

3. Venue Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please adhere to the following rules:

  • No outside food or beverages without prior permission
  • No illegal substances or weapons allowed on premises
  • No smoking in indoor areas
  • Music must be kept at reasonable levels after 10 PM
  • All decorations must be approved in advance
  • Venue must be vacated by the agreed time

4. Liability

The management is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Personal injury, except in cases of proven negligence
  • Failure of equipment or services provided by third parties
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
